It Begins

Hi Folks, thought it might be a good idea to share some thoughts and feelings about life both in the real world and in second life where I spend a fair amount of my time. For those that don't know, I am one half of a musical duo called Wolf n Hawk and we play in various places around the second life grid.
 The first thing I want to say is how lovely most of the folks are who we have met both the musicians and the audiences who go to see them.It all began for us with Suka and Quinton Whitman at their music venue Cuddlers Cove, we had been going there to watch other folks play for quite awhile, they have a rich and varied group of musicians there playing many different styles of music. Folks were so welcoming and friendly that we made it a habit to go to Cuddlers when ever they have a show, which it usually Fridays and Saturdays most weeks. Quinton is a particular favourite of ours and as he open the show each saturday morning its a bonus for us. Anyway, Quinton and Suka had heard some of our music on Reverb Nation and encouraged us to think about doing a set on SL, we werent sure at first because what they had heard was us with out guitarist who had  since left because of too many other commitments , but they kept asking and so we began to rework our music around just the two of us, till finally in early September we did our stream test for them. We were terrified, but it seemed to go OK and Suka gave us our first real show after she had had a cancellation. Again we were terrified, but we loved doing the show especially for such lovely folks, and so it began. Wolf n Hawk were born at Cuddlers Cove and we can not thank them enough. Next time I write I will tell you what happened next, the good the bad and the totally Bizzare, but for now Bye and I wish you love light and peace.
