IT'S ALL OVER NOW BABY BLUE.

Well it's Monday time to write, but to be honest I just don't feel ready to say anything much so this will be brief.

Sunwolf and I did the usual shows at Southbound, The Drunken Drow and Guthries and they all went well enough. We are down to doing three shows a week now but that is fine we are happy enough and so long as some folks want to hear us we will continue.

Ye Olde Wolf n Hawk Pub

We hosted at the pub on Wednesday and of course Friday which was our last day.
Russell Eponym opened on  Friday and from the moment he began to play I started to blub and it was well towards half way before I got that under control. The Eponymous family were as generous as they always are and I want to bless each and everyone of you and Sunwolf and I are proud to be counted among you.
Whirli Placebo took the second show, a great set and he so generously donated all he received to the venue, which caused the old water works to start again.
Gweeb played the last slot for the pub and I can think of no one better to have done it, I couldn't help but laugh as he clowned around, though to be fair there was also some sentiment in there too. He played a lot of mine and Sunwolf's favourite songs and then all too soon it was over.

The Last Dance

Within half an hour we had the site empty and put back to it's original state and the routine that had been part of our lives for six months was finally over.

So now, Sunwolf and I, want to take some time to thank all the musicians who played for us over that time, we truly appreciated every one of you and wish you all well for the future.
To all the folks who came to the venue and supported us, we also say a heart felt thank you, particularly to those who were there regularly( you know who you are).
To all those who sent IM's of commiserations and support, you touched my heart deeply and we thank you for your concern and well wishes.
Finally to everyone who donated that day, thank you so much, it has enabled us to leave the pub without owing any Lindens to anyone and therefore relieved a lot of the pressure.

Gone now, Sun standing on the centre where the Pub Used to Be

OK, well now I am having a little problem with my eyes watering again lol, so I think I will end here.
Though we had to give up the pub we are still staunch supporters of the live music scene and will be around both on stage and in the audiences, where we hope to see you all from time to time.

Once again, Heartfelt thanks to all you dear dear people,  I am sure we will see you soon.

Wishing you love, peace and prosperity in all positive things.
